[Vanilla Bean]

I really like the chords in this, and how it changes between each chord, not instantly, but pretty slowly. Overall it really fits the thumbnail, it feeling very light. I feel like if that's what you were going for then you really captured it well. Now I don't think there's anything wrong with this, but it just doesn't have that oomph that would make me give it actual 5 stars. The second part is a little on my nose but that isn't as much of a problem with the song but because of what I like in music. Still, pretty good.

Now I feel like this is a little bit too infective for my ears, the saws are very annoying at least to me, overall the whole song is very loud. I can't even really understand the lyrics. It's probably just not for me but I really am not a fan of it.
edit: I feel a little bad, like maybe I went too harsh on it in the comment, I meant no harm by it and I'm just trying to give my honest opinions on every single song with the jamuary2024 tag, which means I can't really delve into the artist, so I basically have to either remember every single song I heard or just for some write comments on the song below (Which still is the way I like to review things)

I like how offbeat this is, Gives me 7/8 or 9/8 vibes, you definitely could go further with this maybe into some arabic territories, or just do a little melody for about 40 seconds without chaning the backing and then finish it off by simply prelongening the ending (as in the last note)

I put it on in the background and yeah it's about good. I feel like there's not much wrong with this and that it's simply okay, that good kind of okay, not the modern family guy kind of okay.

I beg you to do these voice add-ons on every song you compose, that's just so unique to hear and definitely warms me up to a good listen, because boy oh boy you sure did not dissapose with your second track, very catchy melody and overall excellently mixed. It doesn't have that 5 stars spark to it, but It's still very good

I'll try to them more often, just hoping they don't get old haha. Yeah, the track's a bit short and has some mixing kinks that should have been worked on more but it was nearly 3am so i just exported whatever i had for the challenge

I don't think I even like the idea here.
The drums are definitely too quiet, and the two instruments that actually play are very disonant. It just sounds all through unfinished.

Is this the cover of the Carole King song? It Certainly is interesting how you covered it. If I had to describe it it would be jazz, maybe it's just not my kind of jazz you know.
edit: oh okay, that's well. I still gave MY opinion of what I think of it, I just found some similarities between both songs so I was wondering.

I don't know why but I thought of the spy theme the second I heard the opening.
It definitely catches it's own spirit the moment the start repeats. I was kind of along the ride until I read the title, then I knew I was gonna be in for something. And even though a little long the wait DEFINITELY PAID OUT. I don't know what you did but the guitar sounds really great, the guitar alone makes the whole track for me, it's just so different that Even if the first half was definitely no better than 7/10, the guitar rises the whole second and even first part to at least a 8/10 track in my eyes. Now I don't know if I'll keep it in favourites, but for now I am adding it (Boy has day 2 has been so much better than day 1 [I'm listening to every jamuary song in order of release])
