So Like the title says, I made a video on the topic of my second album. I plan on releasing more videos like these on my youtube channel in the future.

So last time I've given any news on the topic of when is new stuff coming out, I gave a 30 day window of it being June, and today, it just happens that we're in the middle of the month. I want to give some inside information on what's going on with my newest project, what it's gonna be like, and when to expect it.

Originally, ever since the end of November I wanted it to be released on the 16th of June, because of it being a pretty important date for me. So that's today apparently and I'm still not done with the album, what's up? Well, I screwed up with the scheduling. First off, Once again I though "why not sing once again? I know you've got a basically finished album, but why not spice it up a little and add a layer here and a layer there, maybe a fourth one somewhere around here, since that's all there's supposed to be", and now I have three vocal tracks to record, two of them being songs, and the third one basically being a short poem leading up to an instrumental. And I'm not yet done with the first of the three, having to spend what's been now 10 hours of finding a single diamond in the rough. The second thing that made it much harder to finish it on time, was the EP I was working on for a whole month, I didn't originally anticipate back in late 2023, or even early 2024. That one basically took up almost a whole month for me of composing. And the last and most important factor that made it so it isn't probably gonna release before June ends is, me not being able to basically sit down and compose, and instead hyper focusing on the Tekken series soundtrack, finishing it four days. For context, all of the OST's together last like 27 hours, Tekken 7 alone taking up more than a fourth of that time. I'll say this, most of it is great, but boy was some of it a slog to get through. Also in the mean time I've been busy with school and other non school related activities or hobbies, like playing on the piano, helping my family with certain tasks, learning Japanese or once in a blue moon playing video games. The last few months the only games I've been playing were the original Devil May Cry, Pokemon Blue Mystery Dungeon, and Slime Rancher 2.

I'm also receiving huge help from a friend of mine to mix some of the first tracks I made for the album, which without them would sound a lot worse, due to my mixing skills improving dramatically since "The Tale Of Kernier". Okay I know it's been almost a month, and yeah I'm not very consequent. I've got some big news this time around. I've got a new big project releasing the next Friday for sure this time. I've got almost everything done, the cover art once again done by the same friend of mine. It'll consist of four very long compositions, the shortest one being 5 minutes long, and the longest being over 11 minutes long. I'm really excited to see how it'll look when I finish my first vocal track of mine, along with some finishing touches on the other three. I don't want to spoil too much for now, so there's actually an element of surprise when it comes to the full on release. Other than that, I still am not sure if I'll upload my previous compositions on their own, as I feel like it'd make a huge spam on my account for the stuff I'd actually want to share as my most recent. I'd definitely be up to share more details about each composition, but maybe on a different blog or something. Besides the short EP that's coming out on the 3rd of May next week, There's something big coming in June as well, but I won't go into too much detail about that, let's say I've been preparing for that since November last year. With that said, I also would like to mention that today Ringo also released a new EP, and I must say I like it, it's not anything great, but there have been some songs I really liked in there (Gonna Need Someone is my favourite). I'm not doing jamuary anymore, I give up. I don't know when will be the next time I compose but man am I totally burned out, it's not been fun for a few days and I just finished something that is absolutely terrible, published the project for 10 minutes and though 'do you want to go like this for the next 20 days'. I don't want to sacrifice all my free time to composing, and especially don't want to compose during school breaks. I'm not doing it anymore. I'll still publish each song I finish this month instantly, instead of keeping it for the time I make another album. It was a fun idea to grow as a person and as a composer during jamuary, and I believe I kind of did, although it took 10 days to do one of these. I won't explain it too much but basically I wrote some really shitty comments under Day 7 and Day 8 from YendorNG. I believe what I did while being unaware still is awful. But that's all I'm going to say, tried contacting the guy for the appologies, he blocked me and right so. I don't want to focus on him too much, don't want to be the cause any drama or anything like that. I'm also gonna try and change the way I write comments and reviews. This sunday I still will write my opinions, most likely on Ringo from 1973. Also I should explain that it's not meant to be proffesional, I think those will still stay pretty emotional. I'm once again sorry for anyone I caused harm to, if you want to block me, that's understandable and not gonna fight against that. I'm really tired right now and if anything sounds like I'm writing this, that's because I am, and it's not because I don't care, I'm just all over the thing right now.
